With two exclusive lake access points, you can make the most of the swimming lake — and not just in summer. Right on the water there’s a Winter Lake Sauna where you jump from the hot sauna straight into the cold lake. We love it!
But the spa offerings don’t stop there. The hotel also features multiple pools, an Adults Only Spa area with daily sauna infusions, and a family area.
As you can already tell, every guest gets their money’s worth at SEELEITEN. That goes for the wide range of activities too: yoga by the lake, Pilates, hiking, bike tours, and so much more.
Two real highlights are the hotel’s own winery with weekly tastings and the craft brewery in the winery’s cellar. No wonder the hotel has already been awarded a Michelin Key!
My Arbor - Plose Wellness Hotel
The My Arbor – Plose is one of the best spa hotels in South Tyrol — one that’s absolutely worth splurging on. It’s a strictly adults-only hotel in South Tyrol.
The hotel is designed like a treehouse and the rooms offer a breathtaking view of the mountains. The interior and design are seriously stylish, modern, and perfectly coordinated.
Both the breakfast and the dinner are delicious, and the service throughout the hotel is top-notch.

With its 25 pools and massive sauna landscape, the Merano Thermal Baths are probably the most well-known thermal spa in South Tyrol.
Conveniently, the spa has its own hotel connected to it via the so-called “bathrobe tunnel.”
As a hotel guest, you not only get free access to the thermal baths, but also have two exclusive wellness areas inside the hotel at your disposal — one of which is on the rooftop terrace with mountain views.
The rooms at the Hotel Therme Meran are simply and rustically furnished and brought to life with bold colors. In the morning, you’ll be treated to a delicious breakfast buffet.

AMA Stay
The AMA Stay is a super modern wellness hotel in the Dolomites region of South Tyrol. It’s located in the village of St. Vigil, between the Sennes Prags Nature Park with the Pragser Wildsee and the charming town of Bruneck.
It’s an excellent base for cycling, hiking, or skiing — and afterward, you can really unwind in the spa area.
The wellness facilities are superbly equipped with a sauna, pool, steam bath, and a variety of massage treatments. There’s also a fitness center.

Santre Dolomythic Home
The Santre Dolomythic Home is the ultimate wellness retreat. From the large outdoor pool to the private little swimming lake and the top-notch spa area, this luxury wellness hotel in South Tyrol is seriously a dream.

The Miramonti is a 5-star spa hotel and one of our favorite boutique hotels in South Tyrol. We especially love the breathtaking views you get both from the rooms and from the large sun terrace.
The absolute standout, though, is the infinity pool — you swim while taking in the spectacular mountain panorama. It’s honestly hard to beat.
And that’s not even the only pool at Miramonti — there are plenty more great swimming options plus wellness offerings like various massages and a sauna.
