The location couldn’t be better. You’re just a few hundred meters from the iconic Champs-Elysées, making it ideal as a base for shopping trips and exploring other sights in Paris. By the way, it’s also one of the cheapest hotels in Paris on our list of boutique hotels.
Hôtel Henriette
The Hôtel Henriette is a small but delightful boutique hotel in Paris in the 13th arrondissement. While it’s not right by the major tourist sights, it offers a peaceful retreat and is just a two-minute walk from the metro.
All 32 rooms are individually and thoughtfully designed, ranging from cozy and snug to modern and glamorous.

The hotel is in the 13th arrondissement, just outside the city center. The nearest metro station, Place d’Italie, is only a two-minute walk away. Many Parisian sights are also within walking distance if you don’t mind a short stroll.
Though the interior is on the darker side, there’s a cozy, intimate atmosphere, helped along by the crackling fireplace.
For breakfast, enjoy homemade jams, freshly baked bread, and freshly squeezed juices. Coffee and tea are available free of charge.
Hôtel Fabric
Our number 4 is a truly special Paris boutique hotel. Hôtel Fabric is set in a former textile factory, where exposed brick walls and large windows reflect its industrial past, paired with colorful modern interiors.
Where once people worked, now they relax – this includes the spa area with hammam and the lively Oberkampf district surrounding the hotel.
Oberkampf, once a working-class area, is now celebrated for its vibrant, cosmopolitan vibe.
Inside the hotel, you can enjoy a drink at the Honesty Bar, and nearby there are plenty of great spots to go out. All major Parisian sights are also easily accessible by metro.
Hôtel Le Ballu
