The townhouse dates back to 1850 and blends historic charm with modern details beautifully.
There are 25 rooms, each inspired by nature in its own unique way — a calming contrast to the lively energy of the Parisian streets outside.
Speaking of nature: the hotel has a small garden where you can have breakfast in the summer. Honestly, that alone had us sold.
The location is just as great. You’re only a few hundred meters from the famous Champs-Élysées — perfect as a base for shopping trips and for exploring the other top attractions in Paris.
Hôtel Henriette
The Hôtel Henriette is a small but seriously lovely place to stay in the 13th arrondissement.
You’re not right next to Paris’s top highlights here, but you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting — and the metro is just a two-minute walk away.
All 32 rooms are individually and lovingly decorated, ranging from cozy and snug to modern and glamorous.
The heart of the hotel is its courtyard, filled with lush greenery and just begging you to kick back on warm summer days. When the weather cooperates, breakfast outside is a real treat.
And since we’re on the topic of breakfast: at the Henriette you can pick from several options, including a classic buffet, an express breakfast, room service, and gluten-free items. That kind of flexibility is rare and really appreciated.
COQ Hotel Paris
At the COQ Hotel you’re greeted with a welcome drink on arrival. Now that’s what we call a great first impression.
The hotel is in the 13th arrondissement, a little outside the center — but the nearest metro station, Place d’Italie, is just a two-minute walk away. And if you don’t mind a short stroll, plenty of sights are reachable on foot too.
The décor leans dark, but the hotel pulls off a genuinely cozy atmosphere — the crackling fireplace has a lot to do with that.
Breakfast is a highlight: homemade jams, freshly baked bread, and delicious juices, with complimentary coffee and tea included. A lovely way to start a Paris morning.
Hôtel Fabric
Number four on our list is one of the most distinctive design hotels in Paris.
The Hôtel Fabric is housed in a former textile factory. Exposed brick walls and oversized windows pay homage to the building’s industrial past, while the interiors are modern and full of color.
Where people once worked hard, today you get to relax and enjoy yourself — especially in the spa area with a hammam. The surrounding Oberkampf neighborhood adds to the good vibes.
Once a working-class district, Oberkampf is now known for its lively, open-minded energy and a fantastic bar and restaurant scene.
The hotel’s honesty bar keeps you sorted for drinks, and you’re just a quick metro ride from all of Paris’s major sights.

One standout feature is the pool with a small sauna area — perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. Not something you find in many small hotels in Paris.
There’s also a small terrace where you can settle in with a fresh croissant and a good book.

Chouchou Hotel
The Chouchou is one of the most forward-thinking best boutique hotels Paris has to offer — located in the 9th arrondissement and packed with creative, completely fresh concepts. Younger travelers especially will love it here.
The biggest talking point is the restaurant. Instead of a traditional setup with tables and waitstaff, the Chouchou has a kind of indoor food market with stalls serving a little bit of everything — oysters, fresh fish, cheese, meat, wine. It’s a seriously fun way to eat.
The rooms themselves are styled in sleek minimalism, and each one has its own special feature: a bathtub, a balcony, or a stunning view of the Opéra Garnier, which sits just 400 meters away.

Le A
The Le A is an extraordinary place to stay that blends the hip creative energy we know from Berlin with classic Parisian elegance.
Wandering through the hotel genuinely feels like you’ve stepped into an art gallery — each of the 26 rooms features an original work by artist Fabrice Hyber.
