25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin
The 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin is, in our opinion, the coolest hotel in Berlin!
The hotel is extraordinary and genuinely hip: bold colors, fun details like hipster bikes on the wall and hammocks in the rooms. Don’t worry — there’s still a proper bed, of course.
Definitely special too is the hotel restaurant NENI and the Monkey Bar on the rooftop. At NENI you get seriously good Levantine cuisine, and at the Monkey Bar, the best sundowner in Berlin awaits — cocktail in hand, with a view straight into the Berlin Zoo.
The location right on the Ku’damm is excellent too.

Michelberger Hotel
Industrial chic meets Scandinavian minimalism — that’s what makes the Michelberger one of the most unique hotels in Berlin.
The Band Room is where rock stars sleep — no joke. It features beds on a raised floor, made for touring bands but honestly perfect for families too.
The Hydeout Room even has a sauna right in the room. We’re very much into that.
The location is great too. The Michelberger sits right by the Oberbaumbrücke, just a short walk from Kreuzberg — so you can experience Berlin’s cool side firsthand.
Hotel Oderberger
Hotel Oderberger does something really special with the combination of historic walls and modern style.
The standout feature is absolutely the old public bath. The historic swimming hall from 1902 was meticulously restored — and it looks incredible.
That’s what makes Hotel Oderberger one of the best hotels in Berlin for us. There’s simply no other place in the city where you can stay inside a historic public bath like this.
But the overall design is exceptional too. Old wooden beams and stone walls paired with modern colors and minimalist touches. We love it!
The hotel sits in Prenzlauer Berg, one of our favorite neighborhoods in the city.
nhow Hotel Berlin
The nhow is an incredibly extravagant design hotel with lots of pink — and Europe’s first dedicated music hotel!
The hotel has professional recording studios, and the ultimate highlight for any rock star at heart: Guitar Room Service!
Forget breakfast in bed. At the nhow, you can have a guitar or keyboard delivered straight to your room. Seriously, how cool is that?
The location on the Oberbaumbrücke in the heart of Berlin’s creative scene is super cool — especially if you want to explore Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg.
Hüttenpalast
Last but not least, we have something completely out of the ordinary for you: indoor camping at the Hüttenpalast.
At this one-of-a-kind spot, you camp right in the middle of Berlin in a retro camper. The interiors are genuinely cozy, with tables and chairs set up right outside — just like a real campsite.
Not a camping person? No problem. You can also book a regular hotel room — with a private bathroom — and still soak up the whole quirky vibe. It’s the perfect mix of cool accommodations and everyday comfort.
The Hüttenpalast is in Neukölln, a bit outside the center.
That said, you’re not far from hip Neukölln or Kreuzberg. And on top of that, the Hüttenpalast is a genuine bargain among Berlin’s cool places to stay!
